Check-In

• The apartment is available from 3:00 PM and can be occupied from that time. If you would like an earlier check-in, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to check availability.

• Thanks to the electronic door locks, you can check in independently at night; prior registration is not required.

• As a rule, early check-in is possible from 1 p.m. for an additional charge of €10.

• Once your early check-in has been confirmed, you can pay the additional charge via PayPal or leave the money in cash on site when you check out. To pay via PayPal, simply enter the following email address as the recipient:

Access to the Apartment

• Access is keyless. You will receive your access code on the day before your arrival to open the electronic door lock.

• The keypad for entering the code is located on the door frame of the apartment door. After entering the code, the door will open automatically.

• Parking entrance: approx. 300 m uphill from the building

• The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on the left. Please use the stairs or the elevator.

• You are now in front of the apartment entrance. Enter your access code to unlock the door.

• Follow the steps to the main entrance door. The door should always be unlocked. Enter the building – you will be on the 3rd floor.

• At the front left end of the parking lot, you will find a staircase of approximately 40 meters leading down:

Getting There & Parking

  Alternatively, you can enter "Parkplatz Navia Vela" in Google Maps.

• Access to the parking area is via "Ellingshohl" Street.

• After passing the house, turn left into “Ellingshohl” approximately 100 meters further on.
  Continue driving uphill. Just before the underpass, turn left again.

• Continue straight ahead. Shortly before the end of the road, you will see the parking area on the left. Please park your vehicle there.

• Attention: The access road is quite narrow, so please drive carefully.

• Access to the building is via the staircase at the front left. A detailed description of the access can be found here.

• A free parking space is available to you for the entire duration of your stay.

Sleeping

• The apartment features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm queen-size box spring bed for a restful night’s sleep.

• If you have any special requests regarding bed linen, please let us know in advance.

• The sofa in the living room can be used as a sleeping option for one child.

• Depending on your booking and arrival time, the sofa may already be made up, or the bed linen will be provided in the storage compartment of the box spring bed.

• If you use the sofa for sleeping, please always place a bed sheet underneath.

Check-Out

• Please make sure to check out by 10:00 AM. This is important as new guests will be arriving afterwards and our cleaning staff requires sufficient time to prepare the apartment. Before leaving, please check that you have packed all personal belongings, dispose of your trash, feel free to start the dishwasher, close the windows, and set the heating to level 1.

• If you would like to stay longer and request a late check-out, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to see what is possible.

• As a rule, a late check-out until 12:00 PM is possible for an additional fee of €10.

• Once the late check-out has been confirmed, you may pay the additional fee via PayPal, or alternatively leave the amount in cash at the apartment upon departure.

Amentities & Services

Your apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short stay:

• Toiletries and hygiene items (toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer)

• Fan with remote control and timer

• Bed linen and towels provided free of charge

• Kitchen essentials (various tea bags, coffee pads, sugar, milk, dishwasher tablets, soap)

We are of course happy to accommodate your individual requests – simply contact us if you have any questions.

During your stay, we can provide complimentary interim cleaning if required. Should you need additional items such as extra towels, bed linen, pillows, coffee, or anything else, just let us know and we will be happy to assist.

Families

Our youngest guests are always very welcome!

Upon request, we are happy to provide a travel cot for children with a comfortable mattress and fresh bedding. A high chair can also be provided.

This service is completely free of charge – we just need a short message from you in advance :)

If your children are already a bit older and do not require a baby cot, they are welcome to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. With early booking, the sofa is usually already prepared accordingly.

TV

A 55-inch smart TV with various HD cable channels is available for your use. You can also log in to your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, YouTube, etc.).

Please note that to access the full range of streaming services, you will need to use your own login credentials.

House rules

Before your arrival and settling in, we would like to draw your attention to the house rules of our apartment.

• Please respect these rules, as they are essential to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for all guests. We kindly ask you to read them carefully.

• Please treat our home with the same respect as your own. We have put a lot of effort into making it as comfortable as possible for our guests.

• Please follow our parking instructions and do not park on neighboring properties or on the street in front of the house. You are welcome to park your vehicle in the parking area behind the house – please refer to the corresponding description.

• Things can occasionally break – this can happen and is not a problem. Please document any damage and inform us immediately.

• Parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and events of any kind are not permitted.

• We hope you enjoy your stay! We kindly ask you to be considerate and keep noise to a minimum at night. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM – please be especially mindful of the neighbors during this time.

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the stairwell. Please use the outdoor area or the balcony, where seating and an ashtray are provided.

  Please note that any violation of the smoking ban will be penalized with a contractual penalty equal to the damage caused, but at least €100.

• Waste bins are available in the outdoor area in front of the house. Please dispose of paper only in the blue bin, food waste in the brown bin, and all other waste in the black residual waste bin.
