Check-In

The apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m. and you are welcome to move in. If you would like to check in earlier, please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

Thanks to the electronic door locks, you can check in independently at night; prior registration is not required.

As a rule, early check-in is possible from 1 p.m. for an additional charge of €10.

Once your early check-in has been confirmed, you can pay the additional charge via PayPal or leave the money in cash on site when you check out. To pay via PayPal, simply enter the following email address as the recipient:

Access to the Apartment

The entrance to the apartment is on the left side of the house. Alternatively, you will find barrier-free access without steps to the right of the garages.

You are completely flexible and can check in independently at any time!

Access is keyless; you will receive two access codes to open the electronic locks.

There is a keypad in front of the entrance door where you can enter the 6-digit code to open the front door. Please enter the first code for the front door here. The second keypad is located directly in front of your apartment door. We will send you the code the day before your arrival. Please check the mailbox of your booking portal.

Parking

You have two options for parking your vehicle, both of which are free of charge and do not require a reservation!

Option 1:

There are two parking spaces available for our guests directly at the house. You are welcome to park your car here. If both parking spaces are already occupied, there is a public parking lot in the immediate vicinity where you can park your car.

The parking spaces are intended exclusively for regular cars. If you are arriving with a larger vehicle, camper, van, or trailer, we ask that you park in the public parking lot (Option 2).

Option 2:

You will find the parking lot directly under the highway on Margeritenstraße (main road), approx. 80 m from your apartment and within a 1-minute walk.

Please park only in the designated parking spaces!

We want your stay to be perfect in every way. At the same time, it is also our duty to ensure that our neighbors are not disturbed.

We therefore ask you to make sure that your vehicle is only parked in the designated spaces.

Sleeping

Sleeping option 1:

The bedroom has a comfortable 180x200 king-size bed for a restful night's sleep.

Sleeping options 2 & 3:

There are two sleeping options in the living room. One is the sofa bed and the other is the armchair bed. Both can be folded out to extend the lying surface.

Couch: Pull the couch forward slightly, then fold the backrest backward.

For the armchair, lift the seat and pull it toward you, then fold the backrest backward. Please note that there are zippered compartments with feet behind the backrest and on the seat, which must be folded down.

If you would like to use an additional mattress for the recliner, you will find it under the bed in the bedroom.

Depending on your booking and arrival date, the beds in the living room will either already be made, or the bed linen will be waiting for you in the chest of drawers in the bedroom.

Please always use the covers provided as a base for the couch and armchair.

Check-Out

We kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m. This is important because new guests will be arriving shortly after and our staff needs sufficient time for cleaning. Please check again that you have packed all your personal belongings, dispose of any rubbish, feel free to turn on the dishwasher, and close the windows.

If you would like to stay in your apartment longer and therefore check out later, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to see what we can do.

As a rule, a later check-out is possible until 12:00 noon at the latest for an additional charge of €10.

After confirming the later check-out, you are welcome to transfer the additional charge via PayPal or, alternatively, leave the money in cash on site when you check out. To pay via PayPal, simply enter the following email address as the recipient:

Facilities & Services

Your apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short stay:

• Toiletries and hygiene items (toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer)

• Fan with remote control and timer

• Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

• An iron and ironing board are available on request.

• Kitchen equipment (various tea bags, coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, soap)

• Outside, our guests have access to a seating area with a charcoal kettle grill for cozy barbecue evenings. Behind the house (next to the garbage cans) there is a connecting door where you will find the grill and grill utensils. We kindly ask you to clean the grill after use, dispose of the charcoal, and return it to its place. Please always allow the charcoal to cool before disposing of it.

We also offer a laundry service upon request.

Of course, we are happy to accommodate your individual requests. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Are you planning a surprise? Let's plan it together, we will also help you with the implementation!

We are happy to provide interim cleaning services free of charge during your stay. If you need additional towels, bed linen, pillows, coffee, etc., just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your requests.

Families

Our youngest guests are always welcome here!

Of course, we can provide you with a travel cot with a comfortable mattress and fresh bedding on request. We can also provide you with a high chair.

This service is completely free of charge; we just need a quick message :)

If your children are a little older and don't need a cot, they are welcome to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. If you book early, we will normally cover the sofa accordingly.

TV

A 55" smart TV with various satellite channels in HD quality is available for your use. You can also connect to your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus, YouTube, etc.).

Please note that you will need to enter your own login details to access the full range of streaming services.

House Rules

Before you arrive and make yourself comfortable, we would like to draw your attention to the house rules for our apartments.

We ask you to respect the house rules, as this is the only way to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for all guests! Please read the rules carefully.

• Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We have made every effort to ensure that our guests have the most enjoyable stay possible.

• Please follow our parking instructions and park your car either in front of the garage (on the right side of the house) or in the designated parking lot diagonally across from Margeritenstraße.

• Things can always get damaged or broken; that happens and is not a big deal. Please document the damage and notify us immediately.

• We hope you have a wonderful time in your apartment! However, we would be very grateful if you could be considerate and keep noise to a minimum at night. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., so please be especially considerate of the neighbors during this time.

• Parties, bachelor parties, or other events are not permitted.

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the apartment and in the hallway! Please use the outdoor area for this purpose, where you will find seating and an ashtray.

Any violation of the smoking ban will be charged with a contractual penalty in the amount of the damage caused, but with a minimum of €100.

• There are two trash cans available in the outdoor area (behind the garages). Please dispose of paper only in the green bin; all other waste belongs in the black residual waste bin.
