Check-In

The apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m. and you are welcome to move in. If you would like to check in earlier, please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

Thanks to the electronic door locks, you can check in independently at night; prior registration is not required.

As a rule, early check-in is possible from 1 p.m. for an additional charge of €10.

Once your early check-in has been confirmed, you can pay the additional charge via PayPal or leave the money in cash on site when you check out. To pay via PayPal, simply enter the following email address as the recipient:

Access to the Apartment

Adress: Hauptstr. 94 in 56428 Dernbach

The entrance to the apartment is on the left side of the building, to the left of the Haarmanufaktur hair salon, opposite Café Görg.

You have complete flexibility and can check in independently at any time!

Access is keyless; you will receive an access code to open the electronic lock.

There is a keypad on the front door where you can enter the 6-digit code to open the door. We will send you the code the day before your arrival; please check the mailbox of your booking portal.

Parking

In addition to the snack vending machine, there is a free parking space available between the two buildings. Please park your car so that there is enough space on both sides to pass by.

Additional parking options:

There are several public parking spaces on the main road, directly in front of the building.

Please note that these are free for up to 3 hours with a parking disc.

The parking disc is required from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. On weekends and outside these times, you can park for free.

The parking lot opposite Café Görg is private, so we kindly ask you not to park there.

Sleeping

Sleeping option 1:

The bedroom features a comfortable 180x200 cm king-size bed for a restful night's sleep.

Sleeping option 2:

The second sleeping option is located in the living room: the sofa bed. It can be folded out to increase the lying surface. Pull the sofa forward slightly and then fold the backrest forward.

Depending on your booking and arrival time, the sofa bed in the living room will either already be made up or the bedding will be in a zippered box under the bed in the bedroom.

Please always use the provided pads as a base for the sofa.

Check-Out

We kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m. This is important because new guests will be arriving shortly after and our staff needs sufficient time for cleaning. Please check again that you have packed all your personal belongings, dispose of any rubbish, feel free to turn on the dishwasher, and close the windows.

If you would like to stay in your apartment longer and therefore check out later, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to see what we can do.

As a rule, a later check-out is possible until 12:00 noon at the latest for an additional charge of €10.

After confirming the later check-out, you are welcome to transfer the additional charge via PayPal or, alternatively, leave the money in cash on site when you check out. To pay via PayPal, simply enter the following email address as the recipient:

Facilities & Services

Your apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short stay:

• Toiletries and hygiene items (toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer)

• Fan with remote control and timer

• Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge

• An iron and ironing board are available on request

• Kitchen equipment (various tea bags, coffee pads, dishwasher tablets, soap)

• We also offer a laundry service on request

We are of course happy to cater to your individual wishes, so please contact us if you have any questions.

We are happy to provide interim cleaning services free of charge during your stay. If you need additional towels, bed linen, pillows, coffee, etc., just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your requests.

Families

Our youngest guests are always welcome here!

Of course, we can provide you with a travel cot with a comfortable mattress and fresh bedding on request. We can also provide you with a high chair.

This service is completely free of charge; we just need a quick message :)

If your children are a little older and don't need a cot, they are welcome to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. If you book early, we will normally cover the sofa accordingly.

TV

A 55" smart TV with various satellite channels in HD quality is available for your use. You can also connect to your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus, YouTube, etc.).

Please note that you will need to enter your own login details to access the full range of streaming services.

House Rules

Before you arrive and make yourself comfortable, we would like to draw your attention to the house rules for our apartment.

We ask you to respect the house rules, as this is the only way to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for all guests! Please read the rules carefully.

• Please treat our home with the same respect as you would your own. We have put a lot of effort into making it as beautiful as possible for our guests.

• Please follow our parking instructions and do not park your car on our neighbors' property (e.g., in the private parking lot of Café Görg across the street). Of course, you can also use the surrounding public parking spaces. Paid parking is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and on weekends, you can park your car for free in the public parking spaces.

• Things can always break—it happens and is not a problem. Please document any damage and inform us immediately.

• Parties, bachelor parties, and other events are not permitted.

• We hope you enjoy your apartment! We would greatly appreciate it if you would be considerate and keep noise to a minimum at night. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. – please be especially mindful of your neighbors during this time.

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the apartment and stairwell! Please use the outdoor area, where you will find seating and an ashtray.

Any violation of the smoking ban will be punished with a contractual penalty equal to the damage incurred, but at least €100.

• Waste bins are available in the outdoor area. Please dispose of paper exclusively in the green bin. All other waste belongs in the black residual waste bin.
