Koblenz – A City Between the Rhine, Moselle & History

Koblenz is located at the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers and is one of the oldest cities in Germany. The city combines historic heritage with modern infrastructure and is shaped by the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley.

The city center, the Deutsches Eck, and Ehrenbreitstein Fortress are all easily accessible from your apartment. At the same time, Koblenz offers a high quality of life with short distances, a diverse culinary scene with a lively nightlife, and direct access to the surrounding wine regions and cultural landscapes. Thanks to its central location between Cologne, Bonn, Frankfurt, and Mainz, Koblenz is an attractive destination for both business travelers and short-stay visitors.

Koblenz offers a wide range of supermarkets (e.g. REWE, EDEKA) as well as discount stores (Aldi, Penny, Lidl), where you can find everything you need for daily supplies.

The closest supermarket is the Lidl in Koblenz-Ehrenbreitstein.

For shopping, clothing, and a wider selection of stores, we recommend Koblenz city center around Zentralplatz, Löhrstraße with the Löhr Center, and Forum Mittelrhein.

Our tip: For a quick stop after arrival, Lidl is ideal. Larger shopping trips can easily be combined with a visit to the city center.
